About Me

I drive change and innovation through ambition, initiative, and technology — helping organizations become role models in their industries. With over a decade of hands-on IT experience across state government agencies, I've built a reputation for getting things done: modernizing aging infrastructure, securing critical systems, and delivering projects that actually stick.

My career started with running my own computer repair business out of Montgomery, Alabama — Tri County Computer Repair LLC — where I learned early on that the best IT work is invisible. When systems just work, people can focus on what matters. That philosophy has guided everything I've done since, from deploying enterprise VDI environments to migrating entire Microsoft 365 tenants without disrupting day-to-day operations.

I'm a family man first. Outside of work, you'll find me on the water — whether that's cruising on a boat or ripping through the lake on a PWC. I also enjoy exploring the woods on ATVs and traveling to new places with my family whenever we get the chance.

I'm also a proud Eagle Scout — a title I earned in 2008 and one I take seriously to this day. I served on the committee for Troop 606 in Prattville for nearly seven years, giving back to a program that shaped who I am. The values of the Scout Oath — being trustworthy, loyal, helpful, and prepared — aren't just words to me. They show up in how I approach my work every single day.

What I Believe

Technology serves people

The best IT infrastructure is the kind nobody has to think about. My goal is always to make life easier for the people I support.

Be prepared

From disaster recovery plans to 5-year hardware refresh cycles, I think proactively so organizations aren't caught off guard.

Keep learning

Earning my Adobe Certified Professional certification in 2024 is just one example of my commitment to growing alongside the technology I manage.
